Job Responsibilities:
1) Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.
2) Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.
3) Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
4) Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
5) Oversee daily operations of the HR department
6) Preparing for monthly and annual company manpower, payroll and related HR reports to Accounting Department.
7) Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with company direction.
8) Attend to all employees’ quires pertaining to HR policies& procedures
9) Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
10) To monitor and ensure disciplinary, safety and security matter of employee. Safe keeping all documents for individual employees.

Basic salary : RM1,500 – RM2,000 (based on experince)
